Description
Vintage buffet & hutch in white lacquered beech wood, of Lombard Italian origin from the 1950s, perfect for decorating a shabby chic style environment.
The upstand part has two sliding doors in glass with silkscreened floral motifs and mushrooms, inside it has a small shelf and is lined with Varese paper with a Maltese cross pattern.
The lower part has three doors and four drawers, the largest compartment contains a shelf, all compartments are lined with Varese paper.
The lock of the two largest doors is original and functional.

Varese paper is a refined decorative paper with a Maltese cross flower print. Its history begins in the second half of the 17th century in the Venetian city of Bassano del Grappa and, to this day, it is world famous.
