The inevitable furniture in grandmothers' homes; the furniture in which you can find dishes, cutlery and crockery, but also linens and small food supplies: the sideboard! A little disused in the last twenty years, the sideboard is returning, thanks to a burst of passion for vintage which has enriched our homes with truly original styles and objects.

A revolutionary invention that - in the nineteenth century, before electricity replaced it - enriched daily life with the possibility of reading until late at night; an historic change at a time when literacy was beginning to become a reality.

Although it may be a small room – if compared to the living room or bedroom – the bathroom is a room that can be decorated and furnished, like its more emblazoned counterparts. Only we should do it even more intelligently, calculating spaces, materials and, of course, the styles to use.
