Post Futurist painting by Fernando Gutierrez de Velasco, signed and titled Totem, acrylic on canvas dated 1969.
Measurements: 50 x 70 cm canvas only, 68 x 89 cm with frame.
Trained at the school of Juan Mirò and always associated with José Ortega, another tutelary name in Spanish painting, well known also in Italy where he lived for many years. De Velasco, born in 1938, died in Castiglione delle Stiviere (Mantua) in 2002.
