Wardrobe by Tito Agnoli for Poltrona Frau covered in peccary leather, Italy 1980s
Incredible, very rare and breathtaking 5-door wardrobe designed by Tito Agnoli for Caleido, a Poltrona Frau company, in 1970.
The object is of incredible workmanship, with the Pecary leather patchwork doors sewn by hand, using the finest leather on the market, so much so that Hermès uses this leather for one of the most expensive bags it produces, the Birkin.
The object is accompanied by an appraisal and authenticated directly by Frau SPA.
The only example currently on the market and an object of notable Italian craftsmanship from the 1970s. The item is in very good vintage condition, with some minor signs of wear as shown in the photographs.
We recommend the combined purchase with the chest of drawers of the same line. Click here to see the dresser!
