Pair of antique Louis XIV bedside tables with inlays and bronzes and with marble top

Pair of antique Neapolitan bedside tables from the 18th century Louis XIV era in fine woods with antique yellow marble top. The front is characterized by two drawers highlighted by a beautiful use of geometric patterned wood with a bronze profiled nozzle in the centre. Two chiselled bronze handles characterize the front elevation and are enclosed by a reserve in precious exotic wood. All the edges of both the front and the sides are enhanced by the presence of mother-of-pearl elements typical of Neapolitan cabinet-making culture. The two curvilinear feet are connected by a mixed-line band. The two floors are in antique yellow marble with antique green marble edging.
