Napoleon III table with inlays in silver and precious exotic woods, 19th century

Antique French Napoleon III table, coffee table or writing desk in fine exotic wood belonging to the second half of the 19th century. The curved under-counter band contains two drawers which characterize the two longest sides. The top has a dense leaf motif inlay surrounded by silver fillets and in the center a plaque with the monogram of the family it belongs to. The four feet, having a cabriolet shape, are connected by a mixed-line cross with a pinnacle in the centre. Provenance: 19th century France.
