Medusa design lamp by Olaf Von Bohr for Valenti, first production from 1968, very rare, in perfect condition. This lamp is a design icon, present in the permanent collection of Italian Design at the Triennale di Milano. Medusa is made by assembling folded and painted slats around a steel circle. The slats thus create a particularly soft, sinuous and winking effect of diffused light, combining the principles of a lucid and minimal design with a charge of timeless dream and poetry.
Measurements: height 65 cm, diameter approximately 35 cm.
