Majestic antique Napoleon III era center desk table with the typical biscuit shape, second half of the 19th century, all decorated in Boulle style. The desk is of high artistic quality, featuring a turtle-like bottom with elaborate gilt bronze inlay. Finely chiseled gilt bronze decorations cover each side of this splendid table. The legs are wavy and elegant. The desk is in perfect condition. The gilt bronze has acquired a beautiful patina.
