French Empire game table in mahogany feather

Antique French Empire era game table in mahogany feather with finely chiseled gilded bronze elements. The rectangular-shaped top opens like a book and forms a card holder inside. The under-top band is adorned with a finely chiseled gilded bronze plaque. The four saber feet are enriched by the presence of a bronze acanthus leaf in the upper part and feral paws in the lower part. Both the front and the back have the same system, making the table suitable for being placed in the center of the room.
