Delightful French Art Nouveau sculpture by Leo Amaury in terracotta depicting two doves in love, from the south of France in the 1930s, made with cast technique.
Leo Amaury (1885 - ?) was a talented sculptor, mainly of animals and busts. A student of Emmanuel Hannaux, he exhibited regularly in Paris at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1911, later becoming a member.
