Barovier & Toso chandelier in Murano glass with three lights
Murano glass and brass chandelier with 3 lights attributable to Ercole Barovier for Barovier & Toso, 1940s. Excellent workmanship characterizes this chandelier, the arms are rolled up in the shape of a snail, ending in cups with a "Rigadin" effect workmanship which allows a wide diffusion of light. The chandelier was produced between the end of the 1940s and the beginning of the 1950s, handcrafted in the ancient furnaces of the Barovier family, one of the longest-running glass companies in the world, the entrepreneurial activity of the Barovier family began in the mid-13th century. The chandelier is in excellent aesthetic and functional condition.
