Antique Victorian English walnut briar desk from the 19th century

Antique English Victorian walnut briar writing desk. The oval-shaped top has a central leather surface surrounded by a 24kt gold border. The under-top band is characterized by a single drawer that can be pulled out using a wooden knob. The cabriolet feet rest on coeval porcelain wheels and are connected by a finely carved crosspiece. The under-top band is mirrored to the main one.
