Antique stoup in Carrara marble from the 18th century

Rare antique Italian stoup in hand-sculpted white Carrara marble, authentic from the 18th century Baroque period. The marble has the patina and charming signs of wear from all these past centuries. Over the centuries it has been modified and had a hole in the center which was subsequently restored and closed. It had probably been used as a small sink. This stoup is ideal for use as a decorative element. Excellent negotiable price.
