Antique sculpture of a girl with a cherub in statuary white marble

Magnificent antique sculpture in white statuary marble from the French Napoleon III era belonging to the second half of the 19th century. The female figure presents herself in a plastic attitude dressed in very light clothes while she tries to take the putto by the wings with her left hand. The putto is represented in a classic way with his wings spread and a bow and quiver in his hand. The care and precision of the details, the fineness of the face of the robes are of the highest quality.
