Antique round extendable walnut table, Italy 19th century

Antique round dining table, made of solid walnut in the mid-19th century. The result of the skill of the Italian cabinetmakers of the time of Louis Philippe and presents all the distinctive characteristics of the style and decoration of that period. This dining table features a central extension mechanism that allows you to accommodate more people if necessary. When the table is fully extended, two small shapely legs on the sides fold down to increase stability. Please note that the original plans for the center of the table, necessary for the extension, are currently missing. The table top is presented in raw wood, giving it a rustic look. The table measures 210 cm maximum when extended. Price negotiable.
