Antique Lombard Ladies' desk in threaded walnut briar

Elegant antique Italian Lombard ladies' desk from the Napoleon III period (1852/70), designed and created with the aim of satisfying the most demanding requests. This set of movements is entirely veneered in walnut briar and threaded, from the base crossbar to the upper cabinet, in rooted cherry wood flanked by a second thread in maple wood. Further enrichments can be found in refined carvings on the bases and brass inserts, as object holders, typical of the style. Rare piece of furniture intact and recommended.
