Antique French half-moon console in mahogany feather with black marble top

Antique French Empire Demi Lune crescent half-moon console in mahogany feather with black Belgian marble top. The front is characterized by three feathered columns with a finely chiselled gilt bronze base and capital. The under-top band is characterized by three drawers including a larger central one and two lateral ones enhanced by gilded bronze elements with a floral motif. The console has been restored by master craftsmen with traditional method shellac and handmade alcohol.
