Antique desk table in Boulle style from the Napoleon III era - 19th century

Antique desk table with a "biscuit" shape made in the Napoleon III era, second half of the 19th century, with Boulle style inlay. The desk is of high artistic quality, featuring a tortoiseshell-like bottom with elaborate gilt bronze inlay. Finely chiselled gilt bronze decorations cover each side of this stunning table. The legs are wavy and elegant. The gilt bronze has acquired a beautiful antique patina.
