Set of 4 Irma chairs by Achille Castiglioni for Zanotta in gray leather

Set of 4 Irma model chairs by designer Achille Castiglioni and produced by Zanotta, Italy 1979. The structure of the chair is a 25 mm diameter burgundy lacquered steel tube, the back and seat are in gray leather. The shape is studied rigid, forcing a correct posture of the body during meals. It is one of the few projects created by Castiglioni and dedicated to his wife Irma. The chairs are in good condition, hardly used, they show the classic signs of the time.
