A.V.E.M. wall light in artistic Murano glass with aquarium, 1950s
Fantastic applique wall light attributed to the A.V.E.M. company in artistic Murano glass with aquarium workmanship with fish. It is a particular and very interesting lamp, which represents a classic Venetian marine aquarium. The artwork carried out by hand is demanding, only a Murano master with great manual skills could do it at the time. No defects are visible in the glass, the frame is made of brass and the electrical system has been newly redone with an E 14 type bulb connection.
